Nail Salon Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Le Chalan Nail Spa. These terms and conditions set forth the rules and guidelines for using our services located at 110 West 228th Street, Bronx, NY 10463. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
Le Chalan Nail Spa provides a variety of professional nail care services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. All services are performed by trained technicians using top-quality products and equipment.
3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments may be scheduled in person, by phone, or online through our website.

• We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your service time may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients. While we do our best to accommodate all guests, service availability is not guaranteed for late arrivals.
5. Health and Safety
Clients must inform their technician of any health conditions, allergies, or other concerns that could affect the service. We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to protect the health and safety of both clients and staff.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Refund Policy
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a service, please let us know before leaving the salon. Corrections may be offered at the discretion of management. Refunds are not typically issued for services already rendered.
8. Personal Belongings
Le Chalan Nail Spa is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items while you are on the premises.
9. Children and Pets
To maintain a relaxing environment and for the safety of all clients, children and pets are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.
10. Changes to Terms
Le Chalan Nail Spa reserves the right to update or revise these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available at the salon and on our website.
